Free Software Melbourne have their monthly meetings in Electron Workshop (
http://www.electronworkshop.com.au/) in North Melbourne

I visited a client using WeWork in Melbourne recently (wework.com/melbourne).
Very central, friendly, nice to work in. May be more expensive.
