[lca2018-chat] Co-working in Melbourne: advice wanted

The last 4 AirBNB's i've used in Australia all offered complementary WeWork
co-working space passes. I believe AirBNB have a Stake in WeWork; hence
offer tie in with 'Business Ready' listings.

I've never used it; as tend to select AirBNB's I can work from anyway.
