Would you be able to add details to the wiki on how to import a keyring
into a tool and sign all the keys, I got stuck at this part last year
and never went further because I didn't have more then a hour or two to
figure it out, I still have the list of people I verified somewhere in
my office so if last years keyring is still available I could probably
go back through and sign them.
