[fpga-miniconf] Start of Goodies Kit documentation

Hi everyone,

I had hope to write this *before* the FPGA Miniconf, but time ran out. I
have started a Google doc which contains information about the parts you
got in your Goodies kit.

We will continue to populate it with more information over the next coming
weeks, but you are also encourage to populate it with your own findings
