Hello Jesica,

I would put "I have done very careful checking" as the confidence in the
documents that I've seen.
This setting is something that changes how your client on your desktop
works.
If you have a high level of trust in my certificate the client may then
trust certificates that i sign as you have more confidence in me.
Feel free to put this at whatever level you want.
