[lca2018-chat] Sydney train disruptions starting Thursday 25th of January

Heads up, further industrial action at Transport NSW will affect rail 
services in Sydney from Thursday 25th to Sunday 28th:

  * Reduced timetable
  * T6 and T5 services mostly cancelled, with buses replacing trains
    (shouldn't affect the conference too much, I think)
