[lca2018-chat] Session Chairing

If there is a “Volunteer!" link, then there is a position to be filled.

When you see the "Session Chair:” text, that means there is a session chair assigned. There should be a name there, but there is a bug evidently with how we are doing it. Hopefully we will get to fixing it in the next couple of days :)
