True, it is greylist-like behaviour.  However, for greylisting to be
effective it needs to occur during the SMTP transaction with the sender's
mail server.  It works on the assumption that spammer servers won't bother
to retry a temporary failure.  In the case of the list posts the delays are
introduced between two different components of the mail server handling the
list (mailhost.linux.org.au).  Greylisting here wouldn't achieve anything
because the list's mailserver will always retry when communicating with
itself.
