[lca2018-chat] Cycling Facilities - Rail Strike

I was in Sydney last week and there is heaps of those app based hire
bikes around, that I think are still at a very low price or maybe still
free so I was contemplating just bringing a helmet and picking up a hire
bike at some point. (They are not the greatest bikes though)
