[fpga-miniconf] FPGA Miniconf Set Up Instructions

Hi Tim,

I finally got around to completing the setup and running through all
sections.

The only note of any import is I found I needed to change the default tftp
path so the images could be loaded by qemu.

update: /etc/inetd.conf and change:

tftp        dgram    udp    wait    nobody /usr/sbin/tcpd
/usr/sbin/in.tftpd --tftpd-timeout 300 --retry-timeout 5 --mcast-port 1758
--mcast-addr 239.239.239.0-255 --mcast-ttl 1 --maxthread 100 --verbose=7



*/srv/tftpto*tftp        dgram    udp    wait    nobody /usr/sbin/tcpd
/usr/sbin/in.tftpd --tftpd-timeout 300 --retry-timeout 5 --mcast-port 1758

Obviously changing for the relevant path.
